I was a first time customer. I had a long-term relationship with another repair facility in the area, but in the past couple of years appointments had to be made a week or more in advance and my vehicle was seldom ready on the promised day. I had a serious repair issue and I called my old garage and it was going to be a week before they would even look at my vehicle and then it would be an additional day or two (or more) for the repair. I had heard about Eugene and Accu Auto Care and called for an appointment. We discussed the issue on the phone and Eugene told me to bring the vehicle in that day. He told me that they would inspect the vehicle and give me an estimate the next day. When he called to give me the estimate, he told me that the repair would be completed by the end of the following day. To summarize, the repair was completed AS PROMISED, WHEN PROMISED and was priced UNDER THE ESTIMATE that I had been quoted. I will definitely be a returning customer.
