Many shops are competent but can be rude when they find that you drive a car they don't like to work with (such as a Tesla). But the Accu Auto team were the most accommodating shop I've ever been to - I'd recommend them over dealerships, let alone other private shops, especially in this area. Their service warranty is also nice. Their unconditional kindness goes a long way as well as that is quite rare in the auto repair industry. They gained a lifelong customer.

I haven't had a "go-to" mechanic since my last one retired. My wife's car had a few issues that piled up so I decided to give this place a call based on the large amount of positive reviews and location from our home. They were able to find the issues quickly, kept me informed through out the process, and made sure we were okay with the plan before moving forward. I found Eugene and Andy to be very honest with their diagnosis and recommendations, and found the pricing very reasonable for the quality of work done.
